1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 888w platform — whether through the website at 888w.vu, the Android app, or the iOS web app — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use the platform.

These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and 888w. They apply to all activities carried out through your account, including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, making deposits, requesting withdrawals and participating in promotions.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one account on the 888w platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your name, contact details and payment method information. You are responsible for keeping this information current. 888w is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the user.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 888w support immediately.

• One account per person — no duplicate registrations permitted.
• Account information must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are fully responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
• Account sharing with another person is not allowed.
• Transferring your account to another person is not permitted under any circumstances.

888w may carry out identity verification checks at registration or at any later point. If verification cannot be completed, access to deposits, withdrawals or certain platform features may be restricted until the process is resolved.

4. Deposits & PKR Payments

All transactions on 888w are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The available deposit methods and their minimum and maximum limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.

Deposits made through JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited to your account balance within seconds, subject to the payment provider's processing status. Bank transfers may take longer depending on banking hours and your financial institution's clearing process.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where funds come from an account belonging to someone else — are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• 888w does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds cannot be reversed or recalled once credited to your 888w balance and used for gameplay.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement. You cannot withdraw to a different payment account unless the original method is no longer available, in which case you must contact support and complete additional verification.

Withdrawal processing times depend on your account verification status and your VIP tier. Standard verified accounts can expect withdrawals processed within the times displayed in the withdrawal section of the platform. VIP members at Gold tier and above benefit from priority withdrawal processing.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.

• 888w reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing large withdrawals as part of routine security checks.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

7. Betting, Casino & Game Rules

All bets and casino game rounds placed on the 888w platform are subject to the specific rules of each game or market. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market and form part of the overall agreement between you and 888w.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and Esports markets:

• Bets are final once confirmed through the platform. Cancellation after confirmation is not available except where 888w cancels a market due to event postponement or data error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or declared void, bets will be settled according to the applicable market rules displayed at the time of placing the bet.
• In-play bets are accepted at the odds available at the time of submission. 888w is not responsible for delays in internet connectivity that result in a bet being placed at odds different from those shown on your screen.
• 888w reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a pricing or data error occurred.

For live casino and slots, all game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live dealer processes. 888w does not manipulate game outcomes. If you believe a technical error affected a game result, contact support within 24 hours with the game round ID.

8. Responsible Gaming

888w takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform provides tools to help players manage their gambling activity within healthy limits. These tools are available to every registered account and can be accessed directly through the account settings or the 888w app.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.

• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with betting activity on 888w.
• Depositing funds through third-party accounts — funds must come from accounts registered in your own name.
• Using the platform for any money laundering or financial crime purpose.
• Attempting to reverse, recall or dispute a legitimate deposit or withdrawal through your bank or payment provider without first resolving the issue with 888w support.

888w monitors platform activity for unusual patterns and cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities when evidence of prohibited conduct is identified.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

888w reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any account at its discretion, without prior notice, if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these terms. This includes but is not limited to the prohibited conduct listed above.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, any balance associated with bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings may be forfeited. Real-money balances not associated with incomplete wagering requirements will be returned subject to identity verification.

You may also choose to close your account at any time by contacting the 888w support team. Before closing your account, any open bets will be settled in the normal course, and your remaining PKR balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

11. Limitation of Liability

888w provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, 888w does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, connectivity issues or events outside its reasonable control.

• 888w is not liable for losses arising from a user's failure to secure their account credentials.
• 888w is not responsible for third-party payment delays beyond its direct control.
• Game outcomes determined by certified random number generators are final and not subject to reversal on the basis of user preference.
• 888w is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

888w may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, users will be notified through a platform notification or via the email address registered to their account. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
